THE PLENARY SESSION WITH THE LORD IN HIS COURT TO MARK PASTOR SYMPERR'S B-DAY (11.30 P.M., FRIDAY, 19TH - 1.00 A.M., SATURDAY, 20TH AUGUST, 2011) AT YOUR PERSONAL OR FAMILY WORSHIP ALTAR.

About Court Session with the Lord:

'Court Session with the Lord' is the non-denominational intercessory program initiative of The Lord's Court International (LCI), a non-denominational intercessory ministry called by God to return His people to their knees in personal prayers and intercession for a one-on-one communion with God

LCI is an unusual ministry with an unusual mandate as contained in Joel 2:14-17 (CEV): "I am the Lord your God. Perhaps I will change my mind and treat you with mercy. Then, you will be blessed with enough grain and wine for offering sacrifices to me.

Sound the trumpet in Zion! Call the people together. Show your sorrow by going without food. Make sure that everyone is fit to worship me. Bring adults, children, babies, and even bring newlyweds from their festivities.

Tell my servants, the priests, to cry inside the temple and to offer this prayer near the altar: "Save your people, Lord God! Don't let foreign nations make jokes about us. Don't let them laugh and ask, 'Where is your God?'"

A global ministry with members from all the continents of the world with the specific instruction from God to bring all the challenges of God's people that have led held them bound before Him in His court for adjudication and intervention, it is founded by Pastor Ray Festus Symperr, an intercessor by calling cum a television producer, publisher and information technologist by training.

Dress Code:

Unlike the conventional prayer vigils which a sizeable proportion of people attend dressed in rags and untidy clothes, 'Court Session with the Lord' is not just one of those vigils, but the Lord's Judgement Valley where the Lord judges all the terrible enemies and surrounding nations of all serious-minded attendees (Psalm 9:11; Joel 3:12; and Amos 5:18-20).

As you come to plead your cause, therefore, it is highly required that you dress responsibly while attending this event in your chosen venue as an indication that you are on the offensive position as the winner against your accusers. And by this singular attitude, your victory is guaranteed (Amos 5:18-20; and Obadiah verse 15).

THE PLENARY SESSION WITH THE LORD IN HIS COURT TO MARK PASTOR SYMPERR'S BIRTHDAY

(FROM 11.00 P.M., FRIDAY, 19TH – 3.00 A.M., SATURDAY, 20TH AUGUST, 2011)

Venue:  At your personal or family altar.

FROM PASTOR SYMPERR TO ALL ATTENDEES

My fellow attendees,

Greetings to you in the most precious name, Jesus Christ.  I thank God for blessing you with His peace in Jesus' name.

I wish to use this medium to express my appreciation to those my Facebook and non-Facebook friends alike who sent their birthday wishes.  It is my prayer that the good Lord who called me into His work will raise men and women that will rally round you on your day of joy.  Thank you so very much.

When the Lord decided to use me for this awesome assignment, He spoke to me and I heard Him very clearly that The Lord's Court International (LCI) shall be a global ministry.  As human, little did I understand what He meant and how He would bring this to pass.  Today, I thank God for the good work He is doing through this ministry.  He told me this is just the beginning.  As partners in this assignment, our role is to simply follow Him and trust Him for direction and leading.

This session is a very special one.  Special because it wasn't planned for.  I was merely praying for all those who sent their birthday wishes to me on Sunday, 14th August when the Lord impressed it strongly in my heart to convene a plenary session with Him so as to bless my ministry partners.  Therefore, I advise you to open your heart to receive tonight because the Lord is prepared to do a new thing in our lives.

Please, make sure you follow all the instructions in the Sitting Order for maximum results.

Once again, thank you and God bless.

Yours in the service of the King and His Kingdom,
Pastor R. F. Symperr,
International Co-ordinator.

SITTING ORDER

(Please, download or print out the Order of Sitting below for use during this session)

PRE-EVENT PRAYER & FASTING SESSION (O LORD, AS I PREPARE TO APPEAR BEFORE YOU IN YOUR COURT TONIGHT):

In The Lord’s Court International (LCI), we believe that just as a serious-minded farmer must have to weed the land before planting his seed for maximum harvest, there is the need for us to sanitize the spiritual atmosphere before the event in order for our spiritual seeds not to be trampled upon by the enemy.

As our tradition is, it is expected that everyone waits on the Lord through fasting from Friday, 19th till the session ends on Saturday, 20th August. In addition to this, please, pray the following praying points wherever you are on Friday, whether at home, office, marketplace or school, as part of your preparation for the session as the Holy Spirit enables you.

Prayer Points (Scriptural Reference:  Psalm 54:1-end):

Before proceeding to pray these prayer points, confess every known and unknown to God, asking Him to sanctify you and help you.

1.         O Lord, my Father, I thank you for another opportunity to appear before you in your court tonight in Jesus’ name.
2.         My Father, my Father, I thank you for the unusual and memorable miracle you will wrought in my life tonight by reason of this all-important session.
3.         O Lord, by reason of tonight’s session, save me by your name and judge me by your strength in Jesus’ name (Psalm 54:1).
4.         Tonight, O my Father, hear my prayer and give ear to the words of my mouth in Jesus’ name (Psalm 54:2).
5.         Father, by reason of tonight’s session, frustrate and disgrace every evil uprising against me in Jesus’ name (Psalm 54:3).
6.         O Lord, bless me with your thick presence tonight. Cause me to triumph over my terrible enemies in Jesus’ name.
7.         Tonight, O Lord, give me an uncommon and unending laughter in Jesus’ name.
8.         O Lord, my Father, as I join several others to mark your servant, Pastor Symperr’s birthday tonight, let joy not cease in my tabernacle in Jesus’ name.
9.         My Father. My Father, by reason of tonight’s session, by-pass every human protocol, visit my foundation afresh and uproot every tree which you didn’t plant in my life in Jesus’ name.

You may add one or more prayer points as led by the Holy Spirit.

AT THE EVENT SITTING PROPER:

OPENING PRAYER (O LORD, AS I APPEAR BEFORE YOU IN YOUR COURT TONIGHT) - 11.30 – 11.40 P.M.:

Special Instruction:  Gently go on your knees with minimum distraction while you pray the following prayer points to open this plenary session.  Please, pray militantly each prayer point for, at least, two minutes accompanied by intermittent singing of praise and worship songs, dancing (Stand up and do so if you are led), lifting up of holy hands, rolling on the floor, etc. for maximum results as the Holy Spirit directs you:

Prayer Points:

1.         O Lord, my Father, I thank you for such a time as this to appear before you in your court for purpose of marking the birthday of your servant, Pastor Symperr. Do a surgical work from inside of me to the outside and root out anything standing to disqualify me from your presence tonight in Jesus’ name.
2.         Father, as I appear before you in your court tonight to celebrate your grace and anointing in the life of your servant, Pastor Symperr, I ask that you look down from your Throne of Grace to accept me in Jesus’ name.
3.         My Father, my Father, frustrate every power the devil might have released against this all-important session tonight in Jesus’ name.
4.         O Lord, by reason of this special session meant to celebrate your grace and anointing in the life of your servant, bless me with an undeniable miracle that produces a memorable testimony in Jesus’ name.
5.         By reason of tonight’s session, o Lord, fight all my life battles in Jesus’ name.

You may add one or more prayer points as the Holy Spirit directs and if time permits.

Special Instruction:  To conclude this prayer segment, lift up your hands towards heaven and begin to offer thanks to God for prayer answered.

MILITANT PRAISE & WORSHIP SESSION (O LORD, MOST MIGHTY AND RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, I WELCOME YOU INTO YOUR COURT TONIGHT) – 11.40 P.M. – 12.00 A.M.:

This segment is very crucial and very important.  It is the time to offer high quality praise and worship to God Almighty.  Begin with worship and end it with praise.  Do this as if there will be no more opportunity for you to do so.  Offer the totality of your being to Him as your reasonable sacrifice pleasing to Him.  Show Him that you love Him and that you appreciate Him for creating you for His glory.  Practically demonstrate all these with and through your dancing, lifting up of your holy hands to heaven, kneeling, rolling on the floor, etc. as the Holy Spirit enables you.

SCRIPURAL READING (O LORD, BEHOLD YOUR PROMISE TONIGHT) – 12.00 – 12.05 A.M.:

This plenary session is absolutely a time to offer thanks to God for who He is, all that He did, what He is doing now and what He will do in the future.  It is not a time of asking, but a time to offer the Lord, our Maker and Creator, quality praise, worship and thanks for all His faithfulness, provision, protection, undeserved grace, etc. towards us.

With this understanding, please, read aloud Psalm 148 vs 1-end.

Special Instruction:  As you finish the reading, go gently on your knees and begin to thank and praise the Lord for the efficacy of His word.

Administering the Holy Communion:

Before administering the communion, please, stand on your feet as you read aloud 1 Cor. 11:23 – 34.  After this, take a hymn of your choice and sing it to glorify His holy name.

Thereafter, follow the steps below with maximum concentration for the administration of the Holy Communion:

1.         If others are partaking with you, take up the tray containing the communion materials to serve each partaker.  Each partaker takes a piece of bread and a cup of wine.  After you have finished serving them, then, serve yourself  believing by faith that the Lord is the One who has served you.  However, if you are alone partaking in the communion, go ahead to serve yourself believing by faith that the Lord has served you.
2.         Be on your kneel holding the piece of bread in your right hand along with everyone partaking with you (if any).  Take up your Bible and read aloud 1 Cor. 11:23 – 24.  Then, lift up the piece of bread in your hand to heaven and lead others (if any) in giving thanks to God as the Holy Spirit directs.

Then, lead them (if any) in confessing loudly as follows:  “O Lord, because your Body was broken for me, mine will not be broken in Jesus’ name.”

            Then, take the bread.

3.         Take and hold the cup of wine in your right hand while still standing along with others (if any).  Take up your Bible and read aloud 1 Cor. 11:25 – 26.  Then, lift the cup of wine up to heaven while you lead others (if any) in confessing loudly as follows:

(i)        O Lord, because you shed your precious Blood for my sake, mine will not be spilled in Jesus’ name.
(ii)       O Lord, by reason of the new covenant made with God and sealed with your precious Blood, help me to illuminate your light to the world in Jesus’ name.

            Now, take the cup.

Special Instruction:  Gently go on your knee and begin to give thanks to the Lord as the Holy Spirit directs.  By reason of this plenary session, ask God for a memorable testimony.  Pour your heart to Him with your petitions now in prayer.

You’ll surely testify in Jesus’ name.

OFFERING TIME (O LORD, BEHOLD MY OFFERING TONIGHT) – 1.00 – 1.05 A.M.:

To seal the great victories the Lord has wrought and the remarkable testimonies He has promised us through this plenary session, first and foremost, offer yourself to Him as your reasonable sacrifice, ready to do His will always.  Thereafter, take a quality offering (money) and present it before the Lord tonight.  Lift it up to heaven as begin to thank Him in advance for your coming testimonies that will testify of themselves.

Special Instruction:  Take a clean envelope and label it “MY TESTIMONY SEED”.  Take it along with you on Sunday to your church and drop it in the offering bag during offering collection time.

Watch out for your testimony in Jesus’ name.

SPECIAL GIFT FOR PASTOR SYMPERR:

Without doubt, I know you must have a birthday gift for the celebrant, Pastor Symperr.  Whatever it is, he sincerely receives it from your hand with exceeding gratitude.  His heartfelt prayer for you is this:  May you not lack people to rally round you on your day of joy in Jesus’ name.  Say a very loud ‘Amen’.

Special Instruction:  Please, send the gift to Pastor Symperr by donating it towards HEAR THE CRY OF THE POOR PROJECT (HCPP), an initiative of Pastor Symperr aimed at restoring hope to the hopeless around us in line with the Biblical injunction contained in Matthew 7:21 – 23.  Simply ask the Holy Spirit to lead to a person in need in your church or in your neighbourhood.  This should, please, be done without discrimination.  Let the Holy Spirit direct you, please.

Neatly package it and label it “SPECIAL GIFT FOR YOU FROM ‘HEAR THE CRY OF THE POOR PROJECT’.  JESUS LOVES YOU.” and present it to him or her with absolute respect and humility.

As you put smiles on the faces of others by meeting their needs, may you never lack God’ support all the days of your life in Jesus’ name.

CLOSING PRAYER (O LORD, AS I DEPART YOUR COURT TONIGHT) – 1.05 – 1.10 A.M.:

It is time to bring this plenary session to a close.  Go gently on your knees as you begin to thank God for the maximum success of this success.  Thank Him also for the testimonies being awaited.

In conclusion, recite the benediction thus:  “Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever in Jesus’ name, Amen.”
